Vehicle Eligibility
Each vehicle on the programme must average a minimum of 500 km/day. Persistently below-threshold vehicles may be reviewed and removed at our discretion.
We supply the casing AND the retread — fitted, monitored, repaired, replaced. You pay a single per-kilometre rate and a refundable deposit. No tyre purchase. Two pricing schemes — pick the one that matches your risk appetite.
If you already have casings worth retreading, RaaS gives you per-km on the tread alone. If you don't, TaaS gives you the whole tyre — casing and tread — billed the same way.
For operators who already own their casings. We retread your existing tyre. You pay per km on the tread we supply.
For operators who don't want to own tyres at all. We supply the entire tyre. You pay per km. We retain ownership.
You pick one scheme at signing — it applies to every tyre on your fleet for the term of the agreement, and can't be switched mid-contract without mutual written consent.

We supply the whole tyre and fit it. Free GPS unit installed on your vehicle. Fleetrac account activated for both Parties.
Routine checks on inflation, stone-lodging, cuts, nail holes, rotation. Reports logged on Fleetrac and shared on WhatsApp.
GPS-verified km × your scheme rate, plus 18% GST. Pay within 7 days. Delays attract 18% p.a. simple interest.
All repairs free. Replacements per your scheme. 15-month term per retread, renewable by mutual consent.

50% of the pro-rata daily-running average billed for the idle days.
Moving tyres between vehicles without written consent — full tyre and retreading cost payable by the Lessee.

Either Party may terminate by giving 1 month's prior written notice, provided all dues are settled at the time of termination.
