Your casing. Our tread. A refundable deposit, free GPS, and a single per-km rate replace the upfront tyre cost. Every cut and puncture covered. Live-tracked on FleetRac.
Cheap retreads look cheaper on the day you pay for them. But over 1,00,000 km the maths tells a different story. Here's the per-kilometre cost worked out — every line, no shortcuts.
No big upfront payment. No paperwork chase. No manual readings. From signing to your first GPS-verified bill, the whole process is built for fleet operators who don't have time for friction.
Rs. 6,000 per tread — refundable security deposit. Less than the retread cost itself. That's it.
Your casing gets our premium precured compound. No large payment — just the deposit you've already made.
Free GPS unit fitted on your vehicle for automatic, verified km tracking. No manual readings, no disputes.
Your dashboard on fleetrac.in is activated. Live tracking from day one — phone, tablet, or desktop.
Rs. 0.15 / km × km driven + Rs. 100 SIM. GPS-verified. Transparent. No hidden costs, ever.
Any tread cut, puncture or wear issue — repaired at zero charge, always. Tread-transfer protection included.
A new tyre is dead capital the moment it's fitted. RaaS converts that lump sum into a per-km line item that scales with your actual usage.
Locked capital. Depreciates from day one.
Cash stays in your business. Cost matches utilisation.
Instead of locking Rs. 39,000+ in tyres upfront, start with a refundable Rs. 36,000 deposit and pay only as your wheels turn.
Tyres devalue the moment they're fitted. Under RaaS, tread performance risk sits with us — not on your balance sheet.
One fixed rate of Rs. 0.15/km converts an unpredictable tyre budget into a clean, forecastable monthly line item.
All repairs, patches, and tread transfers are included. The only bill you receive is your GPS-verified km invoice.
You own the casing. We own the risk on the tread. If the tread wears short of guaranteed life, we retread again at no charge.
Monthly payments align tyre costs directly to vehicle utilisation — high-use months cost more, idle months cost less.
Here's what your invoice actually looks like — example: a 6-tyre truck doing 5,000 km / month.
Live tread km, GPS tracking, automated billing, driver behaviour reports — all running on the same dashboard your bill is generated from. Setup and training included. Drivers ready in 30 minutes.
Per tyre, per vehicle — know remaining life at a glance.
GPS km feeds directly into invoice. Zero manual readings, zero disputes.
Live location on phone or desktop, all the time.
Track fuel per vehicle and route. Spot inefficient drivers. Sensor extra (Rs. 13,500 + GST).
Service intervals and reminders — never miss a check.
Speed, harsh braking, idling. Protect casings and reduce risk.
Full history: km done, repairs, NSD records, replacements.
RC, insurance, permits — alerts before expiry.
No fine print. Here's exactly where our responsibility ends and yours begins, written down so there's nothing to argue about later.
Tread wears before guaranteed life — we retread your casing again, free.
Driver negligence or vehicle defect before 50% wear — same tread transferred to a new casing. You pay nothing.
Tread disposed, loss of earnings absorbed by us. Zero charge raised — your added protection.
Casing fails but tread has >50% NSD — we transfer it to another casing in your fleet, free.
All repairs, cuts and punctures included at zero charge.
Tyres with multiple patches or belt touch are not eligible for the CPKM programme — excluded at inspection.
Retreads must not be moved between vehicles without written notice. Unauthorised swaps attract full retread cost + 18% interest per month in service.
When we notify you a tyre has reached end of life, remove from service within 48 hours to protect casing strength.
Idle for more than 15 days in a month — 50% of agreed monthly distance is billed for that month.
Impact breaks, run-flat damage, mount/demount damage and similar driver-caused failures fall on the customer.
Compare your actual spend at the end of three months. The numbers speak. On exit, the deposit is adjusted against the retread.
